Work with Me
Working with me will involve providing you with respectful and constructive feedback while valuing your autonomy. I will encourage you to explore different perspectives, but I understand that you are the main character in your journey. Growing up in Mexico offers a unique perspective on American life and the immigrant experience in the United States. I am passionate about providing services to individuals who have lived in other countries and professional individuals coping with stress, transitions, and relationship concerns.
I am a skilled EMDR practitioner and use this therapeutic approach to treat different concerns such as trauma, depression, and anxiety. I have an interest in alternative ways of healing, including brainspotting, parts work, and Ketamine-Assisted Therapy.
I've sought specialization in specific modalities of therapy such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), Couple's Therapy (Gottman), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Brainspotting. Recently, I became a Certified Sex Therapy Informed Professional (CSTIP) and am working on completing my EMDR Approved Consultant Training.
In addition, my career journey has been shaped by outstanding clinicians and supervisors, inspiring me to support the next generation of practitioners. Therayology has been my way to give back to my profession and the community, offering supervision, coaching, and mentoring services to other therapists.
I am currently only open to consultations with therapists seeking EMDR consultation, business consultations, or with clients seeking in-depth EDMR services.
