Whether you're coming to therapy to process life events or to cope with daily stressors, I am here to support you. As a compassionate, trauma-informed, and empathetic intern therapist, my goal is to help you become the best version of yourself. While taking the first step in therapy can be daunting, I strive to meet each person with curiosity and compassion.
Whether you seek deeper insight, coping skills, or guidance through life transitions, I'm here to help you, meeting you where you are. I offer a range of services and have experience addressing a variety of concerns. My practice is grounded in a relational, holistic, person-centered, and social justice-focused perspective. Currently, I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and schema therapy. My training and experience make me particularly passionate about working with teens and adult gender/LGBTQ+ issues, individuals struggling with addiction, trauma, and anxiety disorders/OCD.
With services offered on a sliding fee basis, I can be a good option if you have a high deductible, you prefer not to use your insurance, or you don't have insurance. I’d be happy to provide a free 15-minute consultation to see if we are the right fit for your therapeutic goals.
