My primary goal is to create a supportive and safe environment that encourages you to be yourself and, when you are ready, to share your experiences openly. As a young therapist, I strive to offer compassion and acceptance as the central objectives of my practice because I believe in the inherent capacity of individuals for growth and change. My approach to counseling is collaborative, with techniques and styles tailored to meet your specific needs and goals. Your autonomy and choice are prioritized, empowering you to embrace these qualities both within the counseling process and in your life.
My experience working with children and their parents makes me a great fit for those navigating stress, transitions, and family challenges. I am passionate about serving the bilingual community, but can effectively assist a broader range of clients as well.
With services offered on a sliding fee basis, I can be a good option if you have a high deductible, you prefer not to use your insurance, or you don't have insurance. I’d be happy to provide a free 15-minute consultation to see if we are the right fit for your therapeutic goals.
